How do you help your clients achieve their goals?I listen well! I recognise that people are emotionally driven and have different needs at different times. All of my clients are treated as individuals , I do not subscribe to a one exercise size fits all approach to health and fitness. You will be encouraged to give regular feedback. Communication between yourself and I is considered key to us maximising each session and you achieving great results in the shortest time possible. I believe I help my clients achieve their goals because I show them a way of having fun while doing something that is challenging.

What's the secret to getting the body of your dreams?The secret is, wait for it... that an individuals purpose in life is continuously unveiled to them as they utilise in performance that which they already know. Other than that, get enough sleep!! This is probably the most over looked aspect of looking good, health and longevity especially among people who live busy lives. My experience tells me that it's fair to say that most people know at least what they should NOT do. So with that being said, there are not many secrets just "good" and "bad" habits! Practical steps, one good thing plus one right thing leading to another and another, doing this over time is how what seems impossible is possible. Like Nike says "Just Do It" and I'll like to add "Just Don't Do it"

What do you love most about your job?Helping people to achieve that which they doubted they could achieve on their own. I like to consider my clients as part of a community team. I love to hear when clients, through their desire and effort to achieve their goals manage to positively influence their friends, family and work colleagues . Special mention to Natashas Bailey pictured below who kept on the path of development and now is a Holistic Transformation Coach!

It is my drive for self-improvement that has led me to become a Health Professional, Personal Trainer & Teacher. I have been a health professional for over 15 years and practiced martial arts for over 20. I am a Black Belt martial artist and an Advanced Self-Defence Instructor, Master Trainer (teacher of teachers), creator and chief instructor of the Lontech-Umoya Self-Defence system.
I am proud of my personal accomplishments and view self-development as a life long commitment. Accompanying each new skill I develop is the desire to figure out whom else could benefit from what I have learnt. I'd then typically begin a process of developing ways to translate to others what I know.
I am the founder of Lontech Health Defence Ltd which manufactures my SSTT-7 plus other exercise tools for fitness and wellness, including EMF shielding, grounding and earthing products.

As a result of the posture assessment, its findings and Lon’s bespoke exercise plan. I was able to complete my training and most importantly I am delighted to have completed the Brighton Marathon … all 26.2 miles of it. I can’t recommend highly enough how important getting a posture assessment is, my only regret is that I didn’t get it done sooner!!
