Do You Need A Personal Trainer? Q&A
What level of fitness do I need to start personal training or boxing?
No experience is needed. Sessions are fully tailored to beginners and all fitness levels, so you can start confidently from anywhere, as long as your GP hasn't advised you to reframe from training
Do you offer mobile training across London?
Yes. I bring personal training, boxing, and self-defence coaching to homes, parks, or private spaces across Battersea, Beckenham, residential gyms in Chelsea, Canary Wharf, and surrounding Greater London areas.
Can I train for stress relief or is personal training just for weight loss?
Absolutely. Training sessions can combine boxing for example, conditioning, and movement-based exercises designed to help you reduce stress, while strengthening your body. This type of training is popular with many professionals.
Is this suitable for long-term training, or just short-term goals?
Yes. Many clients train on a long-term basis for health, work-life-balance, and professional demands, with accountability supporting consistency over months and years rather than quick fixes.
Can you train with a partner or as a couple?
Yes. Partner and couples training is welcomed across personal training, boxing, and self-defence sessions. Training is tailored to support different abilities and goals while keeping sessions effective and fun.
Do you offer online personal training?
Yes. Online personal training is available through my dedicated online coaching app, supporting structure, consistency, and healthy lifestyle habits, keeping your record of achievement in one place.
Do I need any equipment if I want to do mobile personal training?
For beginners wanting to do boxing, only comfortable workout clothes are needed. Gloves, pads, and other equipment are provided during sessions. Regular clients may use hand wraps, 12oz gloves, and our precision Lontech training tools for targeted workouts.
For mobile personal training we'll bring the necessary equipment to you.
